All About Good Vibes

It’s easy to get caught up in dark thoughts and a negative atmosphere. With everything that happens in the world daily, media blowing things up to be bigger than they should be, and us constantly filling our bellies with FOMO and what could’ve/should’ve been… I’d like to raise a glass to five things that I’m truly grateful and happy for:

  • Being alive and well
  • Trying to live a balanced life
  • Taking chances and making opportunities happen
  • Unconditional love and support from my hubs, parents + in-laws, my brothers, all my family, friends and our dog Frenzi
  • Bubble tea

While I do have short-term and long-term goals and aspirations for my blog, my career, my body and my life, I’ve realized that none of them are achievable unless I dive in with a positive attitude, self-care and… cozy sweaters.

Seriously, I decided to buy this oversized chunky sweater right before the holidays and it’s one of the best fashion decisions I ever made.
